Our Jameed is shipped in a hard, dry yogurt ball made from fresh goat’s milk. We cure our Jameed with salt and strain until all the why drains away, so you get the signature taste of home. This is one of our most popular products because it is the key ingredient in mansaf, an incredibly popular dish for anyone with Palestinian/Jordanian roots.
Store in an air-tight container away from direct sunlight.
Best served in mansaf for a large gathering with thin bread underneath to soak up the sauce.
Our favorite is also the mansaf dish, but with fried pine nuts and slivered almonds on top.
