Everyone has a different opinion on where goat cheese originated, but they all agree there is nothing as distinctive as the Palestinian varieties. Our style is 100% made from goat’s milk. We mix a tart, soft texture with a tangy, earthy aftertaste that is perfect for frying up on its own or adding to homemade kanfa. One bite, and you’ll feel like you are back home in the countryside enjoying a fresh salad of vegetables from the garden gently drizzled with goat cheese.
We suggest wrapping your cheese in plastic wrap or inside a container and placing it in your refrigerator to last longer.
Best served in sandwiches, with freshly baked bread, or fried up for breakfast.
Our favorite is to mix goat cheese with fresh fruit and serve it in bite-sized portions.
