This is the blend of spices put into one of the most famous dishes served in Palestine, the Upside-Down meal. Chefs mix rice, fresh vegetables, and finely selected meats into one large pot or bowl and place it face down on a plate or in the middle of a table. As they lift off the container, the meal is presented to your guests with an aroma that will bring a smile to every face. If you have a family gathering, this is the meal to cook!
